The service was great, and the restaurant was good. The room was OK, with WiFi at 50Mbps. It’s far from the beach, but they offer a free bus there, including an umbrella. Sound insulation between rooms was very bad, though it’s a problem in all hotels.

Dinner was awful, though breakfast was decent. The hotel is a reasonable short walk from downtown, but the rooms are very basic and the showers are tiny. The water kept flipping from cold to scalding.

There’s a lovely large pool, free parking options, and a good breakfast. The staff were very friendly too. The hotel is only a few minutes from downtown Tropea and the beach.

We were there for seven nights, and I can’t see how anyone could rate this place below 5/5. Everything was spotless, from our room to the rest of the hotel, and the staff were so nice. The service was wonderful. The hotel sits up on a hill, and Tropea has plenty of hills and stairs, so expect a bit of a workout. Still, it’s just a seven-minute walk into the heart of beautiful old Tropea. For the beach, you can book a ride through reception the day before, and it takes about five minutes. Breakfast was really good, enough that you won’t leave hungry, and we liked the simple, tasty dinners too. A 10/10 vacation. Grazie!

The place was spotless, and the pool was lovely. Staff were excellent, both friendly and helpful. Our room and the breakfast were okay. We needed to reserve a space on the minibus to partner beach Lido Alex the previous day. It’s about a five-minute drive. The hotel is up the hill from town, so walking back after dinner is a bit of a trek, although it takes barely ten minutes. It’s handy for the train station, and there were lots of free parking spaces, though we didn’t use them. I only found out after arriving that the gym was closed “for work”.
