The welcome felt ambiguous, and the apartment was filthy. The owner had neither a POS terminal nor change, and didn't issue any kind of invoice.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's only a few steps from the historic center.

The place was dirty, with ants on the floor and table. The bathroom was dirty too, and both the refrigerator and freezer smelled bad.

It's a really nice place.
