Tuberis Nature & Spa Resort

We only spent one night at Tuberis Nature & Spa Resort while traveling from a ski resort in Italy to Switzerland, but it left a great impression. The staff were super friendly, the food was amazing, and the spa was excellent. I could easily have stayed for a few days and would highly recommend it.

This was my first time at a hotel that really considered people sensitive to noise. The music was quiet and calming, there were quiet areas in the spa, and guests were asked to mute their phones in the dining room. That made me feel much more comfortable. The only downside was arriving after 14:30, once lunch service had ended. There wasn't much nearby to get food, so waiting hungry until dinner was a bummer. The people at reception, the bar, dinner, and the spa all showed wonderful hospitality. They treated us like family and were always smiling, while still being very professional. The hotel was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had lovely views all around. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day. The staff were helpful from the start. They told me where I could find mountain shoes for my hike, and gave us public transport tickets to explore the region, which saved us some money. The food was always something new to me, so adventurous foodies will love it. Fine dining isn't something I usually do, and getting small portions over a longer meal was unfamiliar, but it was still nice to try something different. It felt like home, only better, and exceeded my expectations. I'd happily come back.

We had breakfast with the family and found lots of high-quality food in a nice atmosphere. Afterwards, we relaxed on the lovely sun terrace with a drink. There's also a large parking area.

We loved the spa and pool, and the location in the Alps was just beautiful. The balcony rooms were better than we expected, and the staff were genuinely friendly and courteous. The meals tasted very good too.
