The area is so quiet that a good night's rest is assured, and there's a swimming pool for guests in summer. I keep coming back because I enjoy it so much. The owners are kind, professional, and helpful, the rooms are cozy, and the location is excellent.

I've stayed here two years running and hope to come back again this year 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗. The owners are kind and always around if you need them. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was lovely. Rooms were quiet and clean, and best of all, no spiders.

The pool was spotless, a lovely place to relax surrounded by nature, and reservations are recommended. The owners were friendly and welcoming, the rooms very clean, and breakfast was generous, with both pre-packaged items and whole foods.

We really enjoyed the homemade breakfast, and the owners provided excellent service. It's a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy the Lake Trasimeno surroundings. Highly recommended.

Everything was just right: the warm welcome, the room, the peaceful quiet, birdsong, the swimming pool, and the olive trees. And breakfast under the wisteria was wonderful...
