A calm place for a family break, and we plan to return with ours next year. The host is warm and welcoming, and the pool sits among hundred-year-old olive trees. Everything was clean and tidy, and it's well placed for exploring both Umbria and Toscana. I'd recommend it for a quiet family holiday.

We liked it enough to come back for a second year. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped, and the owner is friendly and ready to help with anything. There’s a separate laundry room, plus a yard with a pool and sunbeds, a cozy garden with grape arbor, fig, pine and olive trees, and parking. Definitely recommend it.

Mr. Andrea welcomed us with a good bottle of red wine and chilled water, and was always available and courteous. The place is clean, welcoming and fully equipped, set among greenery. The pool and sun loungers are a real highlight, and the garden barbecue has everything you need. It's also well located for visiting Umbria's beautiful towns. The only downside for us was the mosquitoes. Highly recommended.
