The family made me feel so welcome. They’re warm, lovely people who really want you to have a good stay. My room was clean, had everything I needed, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I liked the pretty pine ceiling, too. It was quiet and peaceful, and I honestly didn’t want to leave. I travel full-time and stay in dozens of places each year, and this is already one of my favorites. I hadn’t expected much since it’s out in the middle of nowhere, but the hospitality completely won me over.

The breakfast was really nice and good quality, and my room on the top floor had a huge bed I slept wonderfully in. The private bathroom was a dream, big, modern, tidy, and clean. It’s a cute family-run place with three floors and lovely rooms, and the hosts were genuinely kind and welcoming. I also enjoyed chatting with some Italian travelers, then going to a restaurant together. Everyone was curious and nice. They even took me back to Uboldo. Thank you for everything. Watch out, I paid twice, once through booking and once directly to them. Rustico told me booking would reimburse me, but it never happened...

The people were friendly, and the cafe lungo was amazing. Turate is a great spot to stay for a night or longer if you’re traveling around, with a few bars nearby.
