The staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful, and the price felt fair. There’s a decent patio, and you can pay for better rooms if you want more comfort. Alexis was decent value for a budget stay. The building is old and comes with its limitations. There’s no elevator, and the first floor is above ground level, so a room on the third floor can mean a lot of climbing after sightseeing. It’s conveniently located near Termini, with many attractions nearby. Beds were average.

The shower doesn’t drain well, so you have to keep it very short and limit the water. The building is old, the room extremely small, and there’s no elevator. Breakfast only includes one cup of coffee, with a second costing 1 euro. The place was clean, service was good, and Wi-Fi was fast.

We found bedbugs in our room and told reception. They said the bugs could have flown in through the window and offered to change the sheets, assuring us everything was fine. We were shocked by that response and left the hotel immediately.

The room was clean and cozy, the staff friendly, and breakfast delicious. Great location too. I’d definitely stay here again.

We’re American, and this was a great little budget hotel within walking distance of Termini, the main train station. The receptionist speaks fluent English, and the place was immaculately clean. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, with European-style decor and bedding. Breakfast was included, and the shower had hot water and great pressure. Plenty of towels, changed every 3 days or more if requested. Highly recommend!
