B&B Villa Lena

I called the property on May 3rd to arrange two rooms for my mother’s 60th birthday, a very important occasion for us. The owner confirmed the rooms and pool over the phone, then confirmed it again in a second call, so I went ahead with our plans. When I called today to ask about adding another room, I found out by chance that no booking had ever been written down. The owner said she remembered our call perfectly, but had gone on a cruise a few hours later and forgot to record it. If I hadn’t called, we wouldn’t have known until we arrived. This ruined our plans for a once-in-a-lifetime event and left us without a place to stay just days beforehand, when nearby properties were already full. The way bookings are handled was completely disorganized and careless. I can’t recommend this place to anyone who needs a reliable, serious, respectful property, especially for an important event.

My son arranged two rooms and pool access with the owner by phone well ahead of my significant birthday. Everything seemed confirmed and carefully sorted. We only discovered a few days before the event, when calling to add another room, that there was no booking on record. The owner said she remembered the call but had completely forgotten to write it down. That was deeply disappointing, disrespectful, and irresponsible, and it threw the arrangements for my important occasion into chaos. By then, everything in the area was fully booked, so finding other accommodation was impossible. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this, especially for a special event. The people managing this property showed no reliability at all.

We chose this place specifically because Booking.com clearly says the kitchen can be used. In reality, it’s only available for breakfast, with no pots or pans. On top of that, the owner gave us an unpleasant lecture and seemed to be acting in bad faith. Such a shame.

No service at all. The shower was full of hair and other rubbish, the bathroom tiles and toilet brush were dirty, and the air conditioner in room 3 didn’t work. It blew cold air instead of hot.
