B&B Casa Nizza

The location worked really well for getting around Turin and beyond. Nizza Metro station is about 30 meters from the apartment, and the neighborhood has plenty of shops, supermarkets, pizzerias, and restaurants, including an all-you-can-eat place downstairs. Despite all that, it gets quiet after about 10 PM and stays that way until morning. Inside, this was the cleanest and most elegant B&B I've seen, with care taken over even the smallest details. The room has a mini fridge, handy in summer, and air conditioning that can cool or heat both the room and the en suite bathroom in minutes. The sheets and towels were new and clean, and smelled wonderful. The bathroom has a window and a bidet. WiFi was free and very powerful, with no dropouts or stutters, and hand sanitizer was always available. Check-in and checkout were quick and simple through a WhatsApp service that responds when something comes up. We could come and go whenever we wanted, with no time restrictions or door locks. Mrs. Anna runs the place with care and professionalism, and is tirelessly kind, thoughtful, and attentive. She was available whenever we needed her. Breakfast was made to suit the preferences given at booking, with delicious homemade treats and fresh fruit she bought each morning at the small nearby market. She also shared those with guests for free, very generously. A one-liter bottle of water per person was left every morning when the room was refreshed. Towels were changed every two days, or daily for a small extra charge. It's also one of the few B&Bs that issues a receipt and invoice and pays the tourist tax honestly. Thanks again for such a lovely stay.

Mrs. Anna made our stay special. She runs the place with real warmth and kindness, and prepared an exceptional breakfast every morning. Thank you for everything, Mrs. Anna. Ilaria was quick to help with our questions and directions, which made exploring the city much easier and helped us make the most of a short getaway. We had a small child with us, and the hostess had even left a suitable branded detergent for him without us needing to ask. That kind of attention to detail says a lot about Casa Nizza. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was excellent, and it's only a short walk to the center. A fantastic B&B, with a friendly, helpful host and plenty of comfort.
