Ana made the stay feel easy, with a warm welcome and thoughtful attention to the details. The accommodation had everything we needed and was comfortable throughout. Parco Valentino is only steps away, and the city's main sights are easy to reach from here.

Claudia was such a lovely host, always smiling, generous, and ready to help. We were also well placed for good restaurants, the monuments in the Centro, Valentino Park, and the train station. A great stay, highly recommended.

Everything was very clean, and they leave complimentary drinks and snacks. Just arrange your arrival time in advance, since there isn't round-the-clock lobby access. We had a great stay in August, and the air conditioning worked better than anywhere else we've stayed in Europe so far. The location is handy too: about 10 min from Torino central train station, near a large park with a castle, and around a 15 min walk to either piazza. There's also a laundromat, grocery store, eatery, and tram close by. I'd stay again when I'm in Turino.

The room had lots of space, lovely decor, and plenty of cute touches, and the bed was really comfortable. Claudia was so warm and friendly, too. We're very glad we picked this place in Turin. One thing to know if you sleep lightly: quite a bit of light gets through the windows, so bring a mask.

Claudia made sure someone was there when we arrived, patiently walked us through everything, and even gave us snacks. She was so welcoming, thank you, Claudia! The place was clean and inviting, with trams and buses nearby. Porta Nuova is only about 8 minutes away. We had a very good stay, and I really recommend it.
