For one night, the room was a good size and comfortable, and the reception gentleman was very friendly and spoke several languages. The hotel had an old-world feel, as if time had stopped somewhere along the way. The lobby was clean and tidy, and the lift worked. I booked a double room for my son and his partner because it was near our place and the airport bus stop. It was an unusually busy weekend, so prices were high. The room wasn't rich in amenities, and could do with a coffee machine or French press. It was expensive for a small city like Turin, but I would consider booking it for extra guests again if standards stay consistent.

The hotel is only a minute's walk from the main train station and 4-5 minutes from the city centre, though the neighbourhood is unfortunately poor. I had a wonderful, huge room with a comfortable bed, a bit bathroom and well-structured spaces, while my colleagues were in smaller rooms. The sweet breakfast was amazing, though foreign guests used to savoury breakfasts might have liked more salty choices. My experience was excellent, and I'd definitely stay again.

It's handy if you need a train, since the hotel is next to Turin north station. My room was clean but nothing special, and the price was reasonable. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioning in my room wasn't working. I told reception and other staff, but nobody did anything about it. I had only booked two days, thankfully. I loved Torino and would have stayed longer, but I needed somewhere more suitable for the price I was paying. Big disappointment, Best Western. Also, the area didn't feel safe to me, with lots of people lingering right in front of the doors every day I was there.

It's close to the city centre, which is convenient, but the roughly 200 m stretch from the hotel toward the centre is full of drunk people. It doesn't feel suitable for families walking back from the centre at night.
