Goito 4 - Casa Goito a due Passi da Porta Nuova

The company really impressed me. I left a pair of sunglasses in the room and assumed I'd never see them again, but after I contacted them, they took the time to mail them internationally at their own expense, even though I tried to pay. That kind of service earns my money. 11/10. The apartment itself was excellent too, very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a super convenient location close to the center.

The apartment was just as pictured, with no unpleasant surprises, and the remote service was impeccable. It's ideally placed next to Porta Nuova train station. Access by codes and video is practical for any language, and we had no problems at all. There's paid parking in a garage, which felt very secure and was convenient. Everything described was there, and the place has what you need for a stay of days or even weeks. It had an induction cooktop, plus coffee capsules, cream, and sugar. A sponge, cleaning product, and dishcloth were provided too. The double-glazed windows are high quality, and everything feels new, clean, and well made. A few small things could be improved: there aren't enough outlets or power strips by the bed, since the one outlet is used by the bedside lamp. There was a little dust on one or two outlets, and the outside of the sills was somewhat dirty, perhaps from vandalism by previous occupants. Even with the good windows, some loud outside noise came through, though that's to be expected. The doors are good quality but creak, and landing noises can be heard. We had an excellent stay and would happily book the same place again if we return to Turin.
