The rooms look nice and the location is convenient, but our stay had some serious problems. We booked a room with a kitchen so we could make dinner, then found out we weren't allowed to use it. There wasn't even one plate for takeaway. The Wi-Fi was awful, kept dropping, and barely loaded anything. We were also there during renovation work in the building yard, and nobody warned us. On Saturday, construction started at 7am and carried on into the afternoon, with scaffolding going up right outside our windows. It was impossible to sleep or rest. Thanks for apologizing, but we should have been moved to a quiet room. The work started again at 7am on Monday, and they didn't seem to care about the manager's request to respect quiet hours.

We were comfortable even in freezing weather, as the room stayed warm. It had a retro, Savoie-inspired look, was cleaned daily, and was well kept. Breakfast was good and served in a cozy spot beside the rooms. The old city center location was super convenient, and the staff were friendly and adjusted to what we needed. Highly recommend!

We stayed four nights and won't be coming back when we're in Turin in November. Check-in wasn't allowed until 15:00, but at checkout they told us to leave by 11:00 because another guest needed the room at 13:00. The room itself was clean, but had no amenities: no kettle, tea or coffee, or fridge. They brought an iron, but there was no ironing board. What's the point of that? Might as well have given us a kettle with no cups 😂 We were in an annex, so they said we couldn't have breakfast. When we left, nobody seemed interested in hearing our feedback. The hotel's reply was misleading: yes, they gave us keys in the morning, but we were told we couldn't enter the room until 15:00. The service felt unprofessional.

A superb spot for exploring old Turin, just a few minutes from its heart. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and I'd happily come back on my next visit. If your room faces the street, expect some traffic noise during the day and evening, though it gets quiet at night.

We felt very welcome, and the location was great. The breakfast was filling and good. We'll come back!
