Sarah at reception made a real difference to my stay. She was warm, professional, and welcoming, helped make check-in quick and easy, and gave me useful information so I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived. That kind of thoughtful service is rare, and I really appreciated her kindness and effort. I had a wonderful time at Hotel Ferrucci and would happily come back. I’d recommend it.

If you’re visiting Torino, this is the best hotel, in my view. It has everything you need, so there’s no reason to spend twice as much at another hotel.

We had a nice stay and found some good restaurants close by. The hotel is a bit run down, though I suppose that comes with it being a budget option. Breakfast could have had a couple more savoury choices.

For a budget-friendly stay, it was good value. My room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the rest of the stay was comfortable. I was there alone for two days in Turin in 2021. Although an early check-in had been confirmed ahead of time, I had trouble getting it. Breakfast was just okay for me as a vegetarian, since fruit and bread were about all I could eat.

It’s an ordinary room, the sort of place you take if you’re short on time or don’t have another option. Still, the location and room weren’t bad, and reception welcomed us without any trouble.
