It's in the city center, in a lovely old building, but this is no 5-star hotel. The service is incompetent, though thanks to the man who handles everything from luggage to room service. At 650 euro a night, breakfast isn't even included, which is ridiculous. There are plenty of other great hotels in town, so I don't recommend this one.

This is an elegant old mansion with suites and a great location. The staff were very helpful. I tried taking photos, but the ceilings are so tall I couldn't get the whole rooms in the pictures. 🤣🤣🤣

We were really let down. The ad made it sound like a luxury 5-star hotel in a historic Turin building, but we ended up in a cold annex with no hotel service to match what we paid. Our room was dark and noisy, and the bathroom was filthy. When we asked reception to sort it out, they didn't listen. At checkout the next day, they even tried to charge us extra. We flatly refused and reported the issue to Booking.com the following day. If you don't want to feel ripped off, stay away!
