We slept well and felt really at peace here, even though the hotel isn't remote and has good connections to the city center. Cleanliness was the strongest point: everything was spotless, and we were given fresh towels after just 24 hours, which not every hotel does. The building and rooms aren't especially charming, new, or well furnished, and the furniture is old, but it's all in perfect condition. The comforts were there, including a functional bathroom, comfortable bed, and working air conditioning. I was really happy with our stay. Recommended!

I recommend this only if you need to be near the hospitals, not for tourism. It's in the Molinette Cellini hospital area, within walking distance of the metro, and there's a large, convenient PAM supermarket nearby. I've stayed twice for medical reasons. The first room was in better shape than the one I got on my second stay, and I'd give that first stay three stars. The furnishings are old and need updating. Air conditioning works better in some rooms than others. The Sky decoder caused more trouble than it's worth, freezing and refusing to change channels. I'd remove it and spend the savings on repairs or newer furniture. Cleanliness was excellent both times, with clean towels and sheets. The rooms are dated, but there was no dust and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. I didn't smell smoke on my first visit, but did on the second. Since it's self-service and there's no staff, I think it's easy for inconsiderate people to smoke in the rooms and hallways. The second room also had bedhead lights that didn't work. The hotel wasn't full, so they could at least have assigned a room with fewer problems and been more careful. In the second room the air conditioning was broken, the light switch didn't work, and the smell of smoke brought my rating down to two stars. A few fixes would make it more comfortable.

I picked this place for its proximity to a hospital and stayed from November 20th to 24th. It was a terrible experience. The single room is called an aparthotel because it has a kitchenette, but it was filthy and in awful shape, and there weren't even dishes for one person. Maintenance was going on in the room, with holes in the drywall and dust coming through. The TV wasn't any better, since even the remote didn't work. Idea Residence needs renovation and should be abandoned. I absolutely don't recommend it.

SHAMEFUL! My parents stayed here while my mother received medical care at Molinette in 2019, and I'm writing about it now. The place is old and charges high prices for services that don't exist. Worst of all, there were ants and cockroaches. We reported it, but they didn't act promptly and seemed annoyed that we brought it up. I'm surprised it's still operating. SHAMEFUL!

Everything was spotless when I arrived, and housekeeping did an impeccable job. It's a very comfortable place close to Le Molinette Hospital, with all the amenities you need and also near the city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Barbara for being so professional and helpful during my stay. I'd gladly return if I get the chance, and highly recommend it.
