Hotel Indigo Turin

Front-facing rooms get some noise from the urban tram, which could bother light sleepers, but it didn't have much effect on our stay. The room itself was excellent, comfortable, clean, well designed, and carefully finished. The woman at reception was kind, welcoming, and professional from our arrival, and the gentleman at the bar was very attentive and helpful when I asked for plates and ice. Christian deserves a special mention too. His kindness, professionalism, and readiness to help made a real difference. He's an asset to Hotel Indigo Turin. We had a great stay and I'd gladly return.

The service was outstanding, and Sarah from the restaurant staff really cared about guests. Breakfast had a huge range of delicious choices, and the rooms were luxurious and beautifully maintained. It's right in the lively heart of things, close to the top attractions. At the front desk, Christian went above and beyond with my requests and upgraded our room when we arrived for my partner's birthday. Soheila, Lorenzo, Edoardo, and bar staff Joan (John) were wonderful as well. A thrilling, unforgettable stay, highly recommended!

The city-center spot was convenient, and the rooms are big, but the street has trams and traffic, so nights can be noisy. I always pack earplugs for hotel stays. Cleaning and maintenance could be better. There was rogue on the floor, and it looked old and dirty. The bathroom was my biggest disappointment: it smelled very strongly, even my kid complained, and I didn't feel like showering there. I've attached a few bathroom photos. Breakfast didn't meet our expectations either. The boiled eggs were cold from the fridge, which made me think they weren't freshly boiled. The coffee from the self-service machine was really bad, so I'd suggest ordering from the bar. Maybe there are better, recently renovated rooms, but ours wasn't one of them.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and there were plenty of breakfast choices. Staff were very kind, and it was excellent value for money. The central location meant we could walk anywhere in the center, with good public transport connections too.
