The room was a highlight: a small balcony, huge comfortable bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, a desk and a roomy wardrobe with a safe. There was complimentary water in the fridge, football on the large TV, and the modern bathroom had black marble, a rainfall shower, heated towel rail, bidet and plenty of towels. Heating and air conditioning both worked well, too. J Hotel is right by Juventus Stadium, the museum and club shop, so the location is spot on for a match or a visit. Juventus memorabilia is displayed throughout, and there’s also a merchandise shop inside. The place was very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. We were offered a tasty breakfast with a good choice. There’s also a restaurant and bar, lobby toilets, lots of seating, luggage storage, a gym and parking. It’s a bit out of the city centre, so getting there means driving, taking a taxi or using public transport. Turin transit is affordable, about £1.80 per journey. We really enjoyed our stay, especially as Juventus fans.

We chose this place for one night because it’s dog friendly and in a handy spot. The room wasn’t properly cooled, the fan provided wasn’t air conditioning. There was a dirty slipper, an opened half-used soap bar and a half bottle of water left on a bedside table. The gym was just a couple of machines in a corridor above the breakfast area, which was completely closed off. The online photos look much nicer than the hotel felt in person. Still, if you need to stay in this area for a night, it’s an okay option.

They charged €10 just for me to request an iron and iron my own clothes. That’s completely unacceptable. I won’t be back.

A really nice hotel in Turin, with some Juventus football memorabilia. Breakfast was good, and the facilities were good too.

J-hotel is run by Juventus, mainly for club events and activities, though anyone can book. It’s in a great spot right beside the stadium. The hotel feels upscale, and the rooms, service and food were all excellent.
