Loca Rental Rooms

I had to report this hotel for fraud after they couldn't provide the booked accommodation and still refused to return my €255. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be their usual way of operating. The place also hides its real business name in the municipality of Turin.

Awful! Be careful if you're arriving late. They won't let you in after 11 pm, even if you show them your flight time. They just don't care.

Our room was clean and very comfortable, up on the fourth floor with an elevator. There was a little fridge for keeping things cold, plus a kettle and herbal teas. The station is only steps away, and we could easily walk to lots of sights. We'd definitely stay again if we come back to Turin.

The location and price were good, just steps from the train station and about a 15-minute walk to the center. The service, though, wasn't worth paying extra for. After our flight we found no towels in the room. It might've been an oversight, but the host said they'd take 40 minutes to bring some, and since we had an appointment, we had to dry ourselves with paper towels. After a freezing day out, we got a cold shower the next evening because the hot water ran out after three minutes. We mentioned it to the host and didn't even get a sorry. Courtesy matters more to me than a low price, which is a shame because the place itself was well located. We never met the host, as we handled everything by phone and checked in automatically.
