The location worked well for a short business trip. The center and main sights are close, the rooms are spacious and still comfortable despite feeling a little dated, and the rooftop has a lovely view. There's no bar or other service up there, though. Communication around parking was frustrating. Before I arrived, I was told on the phone there were over a hundred spaces and parking wouldn't be a problem. It turned out the hotel has only about 15 spaces, with the rest being private parking. You can't reserve a spot, so after driving away you might return to find yours gone. It was warm in late April, but the AC blew hot air. At first staff said they couldn't turn it on, then later they managed to fix the ventilation, so the whole thing was confusing. Housekeeping also opens the curtains while cleaning, which warms the room during the day even if you're trying to keep it cool. Staff training and communication need improvement.

The reception team were always kind, and they helped us arrange a taxi to the station. We had a spacious room, though the mattress felt a little too soft for my back. Our travel agent picked a truly unusual hotel in the heart of Turin. At the entrance, two big red circles mark the glass doors so people don't walk into them. I was surprised that people can smoke so close to the entrance, leaving non-smokers to breathe it in. We paid extra to eat breakfast there, and it was quite expensive at €17 per person for a croissant and coffee. Thanks very much!

The restaurant was a real highlight of my two nights here. I ate there twice because I enjoyed the first meal and wanted to try more of the menu. Hotel restaurants are often just a convenient fallback, but this one can stand on its own. The regional dishes were well cooked and beautifully presented, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The rest of the hotel was great too. It's in the middle of historic Turin, with the main attractions an easy walk away. The rooms were nicely furnished, and I liked the distinctive entrance staircase and the pleasant view from the top floor.

The room was the standout for us. We booked one with a balcony, which looked into the hotel's center and its small courtyard. The room seemed recently renovated, with modern furniture and everything working well. Housekeeping was lovely throughout our short stay, keeping things very clean and bringing fresh water and sweets for the bed. The location is ideal, close to lots of attractions, with good taxi and tram service nearby. We didn't eat at the restaurant, so I can't comment on it. I was a bit disappointed they didn't offer us anything to eat when we checked in late, especially since few places nearby stay open past about 10pm. We were very happy with the stay and I'll recommend it to friends and family. The staff were always friendly, thank you!
