We always choose this hotel when we visit Turin. The employees are especially nice and friendly, and ready to help whenever needed. The train station, metro and airport bus stops are all close by, just a two-minute walk. We'd recommend it to everyone.

The bathroom was very clean and well kept, and the room was fine, if a little basic. Staff were friendly, helpful and engaging, and took care of what we needed to feel comfortable. I look forward to coming back.

I got nervous when they couldn't find my reservation at first and the man at the desk didn't speak English. They handled it really well in the end. The room was nice, with a really cool shower. The towels weren't my style, a bit like a tablecloth, but they were clean and did the job.

The location across from the train station was handy, and the area still felt safe. We liked the classy shared space, the good breakfast, and our lovely room, especially the comfortable bed and big bathroom. The staff were warm and friendly. We stayed two nights and would recommend it.

Porta Nuova station is conveniently close. I had a tidy room with three clean beds. The breakfast looked more like a supermarket shelf than a proper spread, and some parts of the hotel could use a refresh.
