Piccole Suite di Charme

Marconi metro station is right across the street, and Porta Nova Station is about a ten-minute walk away. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay at Piccole Suite di Charme. The room was clean and had all the necessities, and the host was helpful with efficient service. I'll definitely come back.

The owners were lovely and easy to reach, and the room was really nice.

Getting to and from the airport and sightseeing was easy because the B&B is in such a good location. But the booking and communication were a huge source of stress. I got no confirmation from bed-and-breakfast.it or the B&B. Customer service never replied when I contacted them, and nobody answered my WhatsApp messages to the B&B either. When I called, the woman who picked up hung up on me. I was sure I'd been scammed and worried I'd arrive in Turin with nowhere to stay. I kept messaging as I got closer, with no response, then tried again while standing outside, not knowing if anyone would meet me, send check-in instructions, or if this was even a real B&B. I was anxious and frustrated. Eventually a woman showed up, thankfully, though she didn't speak English. I was relieved to have a room, but the communication problems were not what I'd expect on holiday. The room looked newly renovated, and it was white and clean. Its door opens onto the internal courtyard, so there's no privacy unless you keep the curtain closed, which makes the room very dark. The white beamed ceiling light has to stay on to brighten it, and there are no bedside lights. Maybe the woman didn't speak English, but there was no service, not even a map. Luckily, the tourist information kiosk across the road had friendly, helpful people who gave me a map and useful advice.

Check-in was really easy, and the staff were very attentive. For the location, cleanliness, and service, it's a great deal. I'd stay here again.
