Principe Tommaso 12 - Graffiti Apartment

The location is truly superb, right in the heart of Turin. The apartment is on the second floor of an elegant building with an elevator, and has an entrance hall and kitchenette, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a closet. We stayed two nights. The only positive thing for me was that location. When we arrived, we were keen to get out and explore, so we didn't think to switch on the heating. It was only when we got back late that night that we realized the bed had just a sheet and a light summer bedspread. It was still February, and we were very uncomfortable. The small, outdated air conditioner couldn't heat the room, so we had to sleep in our clothes. In the morning we contacted the property, but were told the apartment had all the amenities and nothing else was available. I should also mention there was a coffee pod machine, but no pods, and not even a bottle of water in the fridge, which I've always found in other places I've visited. I'm disappointed, and hope someone can improve the facility.
