Breakfast was nice, and the restaurant had a cozy feel. The hotel itself is a beautiful boutique place, in a great spot near excellent wine bars and restaurants. I'd choose a room on an upper floor rather than one on the reception level. Service varied: the welcome when we arrived was excellent, but arranging checkout was difficult, and some receptionists were less welcoming than others.

There's a lot of open space in the room that felt wasted, while the only place to set things down was one small table. A larger or additional table would help. The room was a good size, but much too dark and needed more lights. The location is pretty convenient, about 150m from Via Po, the main street, and 300m from the Turin Tower.

They went out of their way to help us track down our lost luggage on the way to Turin, and the service was great. The place is spacious and central, with nice shops and markets around and most places walkable. It's right beside bars, so nights can be noisy, though the windows are very good. Perfect for our stay, and I'd come back if we returned.

We were upgraded to a bigger room, and it felt like home. It was so spacious and lovely that it would make a gorgeous place to live, never mind stay on vacation. The location was wonderful, and the bistrot downstairs was incredibly cool. Turin/Torino was the first stop on our first trip to Italy, and we fell in love. I already miss being here.
