Residenza Il Nespolo - Estella Hotels Italia

There are handy spots nearby, including a little pizza place next door and a cool coffee shop a few doors down where you can play board games. The apartment was roomy, modern and had all the mod cons we needed. It was well placed for Porto Nuova, airport transport and most of the main attractions, about ten minutes away on foot. They kept our bags after checkout, so we could pick them up during the standard check-in window. Check-in is only available from 4-8pm. You can arrive later if you tell them in advance, but it costs €20, and that fee wasn't mentioned until after booking. Still, it's useful that they offer the flexibility.

The customer service was good, and check-in was easy. Rooms were clean and well maintained. It's very close to the station and city center, a perfect location. Totally recommended!

The apartments are tucked into a lovely, quiet backyard. The interior is modern, clean and spacious, and the location is ideal for visiting the sights. Service was very friendly.

The only real problem was the enormous number of ants in our room, which was awful. We were on the ground floor, so maybe you'd have a different experience on the first floor if you got lucky. Otherwise, things would have been good.
