Starhotels Majestic

The air conditioning gave off a really bad smell when we switched it on, and the towels and even the bed smelled unpleasant too. The hotel also felt dirty overall, and basic items like conditioner and body lotion were missing. Some staff were rude, cold, and unprofessional, with no basic respect for guests. That's not acceptable in a hotel. This was one of the worst stays I've had, and my first and last at Starhotels Majestic. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who cares about cleanliness, comfort, and being treated respectfully.

Nicola, one of the breakfast waiters, deserves a mention. He's a top man. The breakfast was delicious, service at the entrance was very good, and the rooms were very clean. I couldn't make full use of the gym, but the beautiful Technogym multistation is enough for a quick workout while on holiday.

I was in Turin for work, and the experience was great. My room was ready early, check-in was quick, and it was perfectly clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was even welcome chocolate in the room. Thank you for the hospitality, I really enjoyed my trip.

We had a written confirmation for nine hotel rooms booked through a service, but on arrival they said we only had eight. We spent over two hours in the lobby trying to sort it out. Martina had been handling the issue, but clocked out and left without handing it over to another team member. There was no manager available to help until the next day. The lack of service or any effort to accommodate us was completely unacceptable.
