The noise was awful because the insulation is poor. Kids were playing ball in the corridor and making a lot of noise, and the door had a broken spot at the bottom big enough for someone's finger. Hygiene was worse, though. I stayed six nights and they never changed the sheets. There was already an eyelash or eyebrow on the bed when we arrived, like someone had used it. They swept dust under the bed, and my allergies got much worse after I came back from Italy. It also seemed like they made the bed with the same gloves they used for garbage. On my last day the sink was clogged and the soap was gone, with nobody checking or refilling things during room service. I don't know what the point of room service is if they don't do that. I've stayed in three-star hotels in my home country and never seen anything this ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially to a woman.

The staff were friendly and quick to help, bringing things we needed right away. It's also well located, near Metro Bernini. The room felt a little old, but it was okay for Italy.

The service was really nice, but the place definitely needs some restoration. I found hair on the bed and in the bathroom, and there was basically no sound insulation. Noise from other rooms and the bar area carried through, even at 6AM.

Breakfast was okay for the price, but I wouldn't stay here again. The tub was clogged, and when I mentioned it, they said they couldn't do anything. We arrived to find only the end of a toilet paper roll, and the place was fairly mouldy. There was little to no insulation, so we could hear people talking above and next door. We were also unlucky with kids banging on doors in the middle of the night and early morning. Nobody said anything to them, so I had to step in several times. Staff should have addressed it.
