Our room for two had bunk beds and plenty of space. Although it was very hot outdoors, it stayed cool enough at night with the ceiling fan. The shared bathroom was clean and in very good shape. The staff were lovely and accommodating, especially the woman who greeted us. A really comfortable place, and I'd recommend it to anyone staying in Torino.

The shared kitchen was decent, though the frying pans could probably use replacing soon. We had a very good stay: the rooms were good, the prices reasonable, and the staff very friendly. The main entrance is easy to walk past, and the buzzer may not work, but calling the number on the door gets someone to let you in. A good hostel with what you'd expect.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! While we were out, the TV fell off the wall, probably because it hadn't been installed properly. We reported it as soon as we found out and offered to pay, even though we didn't think it was our fault. The owner kicked us out anyway, leaving us on the street with nowhere to sleep for the next two nights. Some of our food was also taken from the fridge. They should be ashamed.

A TV in our hostel room fell to the floor while we were away, apparently because it was mounted badly. The owner got aggressive and wouldn't work anything out with us. He threatened to call the police, demanded 500 euros, and made us leave even though we had two more nights booked. I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed in a private room and had a great time. The place felt cleaner, newer, and more pristine than most hostels, and the staff were very sweet. It's a little outside the center, but close to several metro lines and the main train and bus stations, in a nice neighborhood.
