Tus' Hotel

The rooms are compact, though the balconies have good views. The hotel overlooks the sea, and you can walk down to the seafront, although the route is a bit hilly.

The rooms are clean and modern, while the rest of the hotel feels less up to date. The pool is nice, though not heated. You can walk into town, and it’s great value for money.

The location was a real drawback. The hotel is far from anything worth seeing, and the beach is quite a distance away in a fishing village with only a budget shop that had hardly anything for tourists. My room, on the other hand, was great, with a wonderful sea view, and the pool was squeaky clean. Breakfast was another frustration. Staff serve it, so you have to wait a while for coffee. As a vegan, fruit was my only option. I told them that was all I could eat, but they never gave me more than one portion and didn’t seem to care or try to improve things over the next two mornings.

We booked a hotel room but were given an apartment instead. It was very spacious for three people, with a kitchen, a huge balcony, and two bedrooms. The living room and both bedrooms had strong AC, and the swimming pool was nice. There was no Wi-Fi signal in our room for all three nights. I told the woman at the front desk, and she said she’d send someone to check, but nobody came. There were also lots of different kinds of bugs. Apart from those two issues, it was a very nice place to stay.
