The area was extremely quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was nice and convenient, with a large bathroom that had a hairdryer, soap, and toothpaste. The owner was very attentive and kind. Recommended.

I’d avoid this place. He’d set an arrival time and then welcomed us by saying he was busy. I’ve never known a host to hurry their guests along. When we arrived, he also seemed displeased to see our two little dogs, even though the listing said dogs were welcome. We correctly paid the pet fee in cash. The house was freezing. When we asked about the temperature, he said the mayor had told them to turn off the heating. We were stunned. He assured us the duvets were warm because they were real goose down, but that wasn’t how it turned out: the blankets were synthetic and short, the beds uncomfortable, and one bed wasn’t a double. There were heat pumps, but when we wanted to use them to warm up a little, he chose not to give us the remotes. The worst part was that we had a little girl with us, and she was cold. She ended up sleeping in our bed. For that reason alone, I’d advise people not to stay here. I’ve never seen such stinginess, especially when the prices aren’t low. Reported.

We’ve just come back from a very short visit during Tuscania’s Notte Bianca (White Night). The apartment was in an excellent spot and carefully maintained down to the smallest details. The ladies who run it were punctual and very friendly. They deserve a sixth star.

What an unpleasant experience. The owner, or someone working for her, was rude and left us waiting in the sun for half an hour before letting us in. When we asked to pay by credit card, they said they didn’t have one. We were charged under the table with no invoice, and later the owner insulted us over the phone for no reason. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
