Podere Matilde

We loved every minute at Podere Matilde. Massimo and Patrizia are so welcoming, and you can see how much they care about both the place and their guests. The garden is beautiful and well kept, with lots of fruit and vegetables, and inside the house is stylish and up to date, with air conditioning in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate playroom. There were homemade cookies too, along with lovely Italian details throughout. Best place we've ever stayed. Thanks for a bellisimo holiday!

The big, clean pool was a hit with all of us, not only the children. We were also thrilled to be able to pick tomatoes, figs, peaches, and other Italian specialties from the huge fruit and vegetable garden. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room and comfort for everyone. The owner welcomed us so warmly and personally. We spent the best part of the year here, on holiday with friends. Patrizia and Massimo, thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

There was loads of space for our two families, with three children each, and we felt right at home. The property is very well looked after, with a lovely big house, pool, and garden. We could pick ripe apricots, figs, tomatoes, eggplants, and almonds. The owners were kind and really helpful when we needed to take one of the children to a doctor. Thanks again for everything, Patrizia and Massimo!

A peaceful place with a great big clean pool, a vegetable garden, and four lovely cats. Everything was clean, including the air-conditioned rooms, and the owners and their family were very kind and helpful. I'd happily come back anytime. The owners' restaurant is worth a visit too!
