The house is bright and airy, beautifully furnished, and clean. It has one bedroom, with extra beds available, and the price is very fair, especially for families or larger groups. There’s a fenced condominium garden and a garage for bikes. It’s in a quiet, green area just outside the city center, which is about a ten-minute walk away. The Udine train and bus stations are a ten-minute drive. Thank you!

The apartment was comfortable, well equipped with appliances, and in an excellent location with parking. Everything was clean, but the sheets had bleach stains, and I wanted to mention the bathroom and bed linens. We might come back.

Check-in was very convenient, with smart features for accessing the apartment, and parking was easy. The center is a 10-15 minute walk away. The place is very well maintained and has all sorts of comforts, from appliances to furniture, so it feels like home. There were three of us, but five or six could have stayed comfortably. I highly recommend it for a stay in Udine.

The kitchen is well equipped, and everything was comfortable and nice. The apartment is in a quiet area, so it’s a good place to relax. I was satisfied with the stay.

The landlady was very kind and helpful. The apartment is spacious, close to the city center, and there’s convenient street parking. It’s a bit dated and could use some updating. In particular, plaster is peeling and there’s mold in the bathroom; the shower fixture was moldy and dirty, and the drain was clogged. The kitchen could use a little tidying.
