The welcome from the owner made us feel completely at ease, and we’d happily recommend the stay for a taste of Apulian hospitality. We had a lovely, generous sweet breakfast out on the veranda, which was a great spot to unwind. Our room at Le Dimore dei Messapi in Ugento had plenty of space for five, and could even fit six. The bathroom was spotless, with a roomy shower. We had a wonderful time. See you soon!

Giacomo was so kind and helpful throughout our seven-day stay. The room was spacious and really clean, and breakfast was both plentiful and tasty. We had a wonderful time and would be glad to come back.

The owners, Giacomo and Valentina, made us feel at home and went out of their way to meet our needs. Their enthusiasm for local history and traditions came through as they suggested places and details around the area for us to discover. We chose this quiet spot in Ugento's historic center for our 22 days in August, with the busier coast only a short drive away. Our spacious rooms were spotless and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast on the terrace was superb, with fresh fruit and local savory food and pastries. Thank you for sharing the beauty of Salento with us.

There was plenty of room, and the comfort was excellent for a place of this kind. Breakfast came with fresh, tasty baked goods, fruit, and savory options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the value was so good I wouldn't have minded paying more. Thanks to the managers, and keep it up.
