Dinner was really good, and the place was clean and well located. But after a week there, I thought the hotel was only up to 3-star standards. Breakfast wasn’t great for a foreigner, with few choices beyond different cakes, which not everyone eats in the morning. The staff were friendly, though their inexperience showed. For example, the ladies should be served first. The curly-haired woman at reception seemed very irritated and couldn’t understand English. I find it unbelievable that hotel staff, including the kids club staff, don’t speak English. There was almost nothing for children besides a slide for ages 1-3. It was okay overall, but I wouldn’t return, especially with children. Another big minus was the director or manager speaking into the microphone one evening about politics, among other things. I don’t care about Berlusconi’s deputies while I’m on vacation. You shouldn’t hear things like that in a respectable hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Luna Hotel. Diego and the staff were wonderful, and the hotel is nicely presented and well located. Each morning, a lovely breakfast and coffee in the restaurant were included. Hiring a bike was a great extra. I’ll recommend it to clients looking for a good stay in Southern Italy. Thank you.

We were there out of season, and the staff still made us feel very welcome. Our room was spacious, clean and looked almost new, with a smart TV and a large balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel is in a great spot right by the seafront. People staying in summer will get to enjoy the new reception.
