Smeraldo Residence

The location is hard to beat, right by the beach with lovely sea views throughout the day. We stayed as a couple in the Tramontana studio apartment, and it was clean, nicely arranged, and had everything we needed, including a functional kitchenette and tasteful furnishings. The residence was quiet and well cared for, good for relaxing or exploring nearby, and bicycles were available. Staff were always friendly and offered useful ideas for restaurants and places to visit. We found the price good for what we got, and the atmosphere was welcoming. A great spot for a relaxing holiday by the Apulian seaside. 🌊☀️

Mrs. Angela was kind and very helpful, and our stay was pleasant. The apartment was spotless and had a parking space inside the residence, plus access to a washing machine in the shared laundry room. Its location by the sea near Lido Pazze was fantastic, and we enjoyed walking the 10 minutes to the town center each evening. Bicycles are available at the residence as well. We stayed as a family in the Zefiro apartment. It’s simply and modernly furnished over two floors, with a comfortable private courtyard, table, chairs, drying rack, outdoor shower, and small sink. The kitchen was practical and well equipped, with an induction cooktop and microwave but no dishwasher. The bedrooms were comfortable, the main one with a lovely sea view and small terrace. Both bathrooms with showers were spacious.

Angela, the owner, was so welcoming and helpful that we felt at home straight away. We stayed a week, August 9th to August 16th, as two couples. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well arranged, and with the sofa bed it could fit another couple. Two bathrooms made things easy, and the outdoor shower on the terrace was a nice extra. The beach is nearby, but we drove about 10 minutes to the partner lido for its convenient parking and spectacular sandy water. In the evening, we walked about 15 minutes to the center of Torre San Giovanni. The road has no sidewalk, so I wouldn’t recommend that walk with small children. We had a great time, thought it was excellent value, and would happily repeat the experience.

Angela manages the place exceptionally well and is always ready with information to help guests enjoy their stay. The seafront residence has breathtaking views, and the apartment is thoughtfully designed, modern, functional, and spacious. She really makes the experience special, leaving you with a sense of wonder.
