Irene made our mornings, always greeting us with a smile and taking such good care of us. Breakfast was served on a beautiful terrace and was quite good. La Filanda itself is a clean, cozy place in an incredible building, restored elegantly with good materials. Casamassella is a small village with good connections to the main places in southern Puglia. Thank you, Irene!

Irina & Roberto welcomed us warmly, and they’re such friendly people. The room was large, clean, nicely decorated and inexpensive. Breakfast was nice, too. Otranto is only about 10 minutes away, so the location worked really well for us. A hidden gem.

We stayed for three nights and had wonderful service the whole time. The rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast was great, with fresh fruit. You can take some along if you like. I’d definitely recommend staying here to explore the area.

The room wasn’t very spacious, but it was really clean and so well organized. Breakfast was very nice, too. If the weather’s good, you can eat outside on the roof terrace. The woman who helped us, I think she was the owner, was very helpful. A great place to stay!
