Bed and Breakfast La capretta nera

We’re still enjoying our stay. The Airbnb is very clean and functional, with large rooms, one shower bathroom and another with a tub and hand shower. The kitchen layout is odd, and there were no supplies apart from two toilet rolls, which may be normal in Sardinia. There’s a good baby crib in the third bedroom, plus a great washing machine in a large laundry room with a spare bed. Construction noise from a new stairway between this house and #49 was an issue, though our host tried to address it promptly. Dogs bark at night, but that’s any town. The narrow, sunny balcony has amazing views of the crags and the Tyrrhenian, about 8km away in a straight line. Markets, bars, and restaurants are a short stroll away.

There was very little crockery for such a high price, and the hot water only worked intermittently. Doorframes were falling off too. We asked for a price reduction, but they refused.

The owner was very kind, and the place worked well for our two-night stay in July. The independent property had good air conditioning, a spacious bathroom, and clean facilities. The kitchen was roomy and came with a fridge and freezer. There was also a washing machine, handy for beach clothes. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.
