The host, Andrea, replied quickly to messages and had everything very well organised. I stayed one night in the middle of june as a solo traveller, in the city view room. It was immaculate, with a fan running when I arrived to keep it cool. There was a mini breakfast in the room and more in the communal area, which was free to use. Incredible value for money, and I'll recommend it to anyone who asks.

The place felt quite new, and the walk from the train station took about 15-20 minutes. They left breakfast and coffee in the room. There were lots of mosquitoes, even in the bathroom, and the shower was weak. Maybe they were left by the last traveler, but sadly we found bed bugs 😖. We couldn't sleep at night 😩.

The location was very convenient and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The stay was okay overall, but there are definitely better options for the same budget. It wasn't clean enough, there were no bathroom amenities, and the furniture was old and worn out. We only had two pillows, and the bath towels were really rough and frayed. The A/C smelled musty when cooling, as if it hadn't been serviced or cleaned.

The place is very clean and new, and I'd recommend it to everyone. Parking was the only bad part. There's a large underground parking place about 10 minutes away on foot, though, for just 15 euros per day.
