Nannai Climbing Home

The climbing is varied, with mostly vertical routes across plenty of different sectors, and the closest cracks are just a 5-7 minute walk away. The terrace views are spectacular, and it also works well for remote work. More than anything, this is the best climbing hostel I've stayed in: the team is relaxed, open-minded, and easy to talk to, with a welcoming community that doesn't obsess over grades. Highly recommended for climbers.

We had the private room as a couple and it worked perfectly for our climbing trip. Everyone was really helpful, and the stay in Ulassi was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!

The climbing walls are all an easy walk away, with the sea in view. I was traveling solo and found people to climb with, cook with, or share a beer with on the lovely roof terrace. The hosts and guests welcomed me so warmly that the name 'Climbing Family' really does fit. Their efforts around sustainability and connecting with locals stood out, too. A fabulous place to take a break: climb, eat, sleep, repeat. Thank Franky, thanks Ruben!

Liz (and her pup) was incredibly helpful and kind when we turned up hours later than planned, after midnight. The drive to Nannai through town's tiny, winding streets was quite an adventure, but there's a way around the outside of town, so that stopped being an issue. The bedroom and shared bathroom were spacious and nicely decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The rooftop area looked like so much fun, and I wish we'd spent more time up there. Stay here, you won't regret it!
