We keep coming back for competitive fishing weekends along the Tiber River. The apartments are spacious, spotless, air-conditioned, and brand new, with everything you need, including a kitchen with a pod coffee machine and a TV. It’s a handy five-minute walk to the center. There’s a fresh water dispenser in the common area now, and the internal garden is secured by an automatic gate, though you can’t drive into it. We’ve become regulars, and I highly recommend it.

We’ll definitely return. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had every comfort, and the hospitality was top-notch. They even welcomed us with a tart.

Maria Letizia was so warm and kind, and the owners are friendly and attentive to what guests need. The village is just a stone’s throw from the center of Umbertide, with apartments furnished with taste and all the comforts. I recommend it to everyone.
