I’m Tuscan, so I’m usually a little hesitant about heading to Umbria. But the quiet, the nature, and the simple, well-organized quality of this fantastic agriturismo changed my mind. If you enjoy running, even just as an amateur, the route up and down the hills to the small village of Preggio is a real treat.

The tomatoes even taste like tomatoes here, and that’s part of the charm. It’s a chance to step away from city life and enjoy simple things that can be easy to take for granted, like the quiet and a dark night full of stars. Elena’s cooking is another great reason to experience this authentic agriturismo. Highly recommended!
