Hotel Unterinnerhof

The rooms are a little dated, though it wasn't a big deal for us. We spent one night here on the way to a mountain hike and found the team incredibly welcoming and friendly. The kids played in the garden and swam in the pool, surrounded by nature, vineyards, and orchards. We ate well at the restaurant, and there are several great nearby paths for walking or running.

The room we were given had a truly beautiful view, but breakfast was a big letdown. The cold cuts looked as if they'd been sitting out for days, the croissants were dry, and flies were everywhere. I ended up eating one of the sealed packaged items instead. Breakfast really needs to improve to match the standard of the place.

We had more than we expected, and felt comfortable from arrival right through to leaving. The restaurant area where we ate breakfast has an admirable view of nature, and the location is wonderful. The hotel has the feel of a beautiful Italian tradition, with neat, clean rooms and a large parking lot right by the entrance. They also have a pizzeria and bar. Everything we agreed on was respected, and we'll definitely return.

The mountain views and onsite restaurant were lovely, and there's a nearby bus stop. A cab from the train station was about 30 euro. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond, and it was useful that they spoke English well. I'd stay here again!
