The rooms were okay, nothing special, but they were kept clean. The staff’s service was phenomenal, and breakfast was among the best I’ve had in Europe. Their homemade cakes and cookies were really good, too. The hotel is in a quiet little suburb, so groceries and other things may be hard to find nearby late at night. They do have vending machines, though. The friendly staff and tasty breakfast made the stay memorable.

The staff were friendly from my first day to my last, and it was easy to find the hotel on the 53E bus I took. I paid €9.50 for breakfast since it wasn’t included in my booking. The choices were actually quite good, and the dining room was in a large separate building away from the main hotel and reception, which I found convenient. The room wasn’t very spacious. There are no grocery stores nearby, and the only way to get to one was by bus, not on foot. The AC was confusing to use, and our room kept getting very hot and then cold.

The location is handy, beside the road and just one ride from the center. The people were friendly, but the cleanliness was upsetting. There was a lot of white hair on the blanket. Please check that the cleaning is being done thoroughly.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and gave us good advice for getting into Venice. They suggested leaving our car at the hotel and taking the bus, and we could buy tickets at reception. They also gave us a map and all the information we needed for our trip.

It was clean, affordable, and had convenient parking. The reception staff were kind and helpful, especially the woman with glasses. That level of service isn’t something you find everywhere. We had everything we needed, and I’d highly recommend it.
