Mr. Italo was such a special person, courteous and helpful. He welcomed us with a drink and pastries, and the whole experience was cordial and pleasant. The apartment matched the listing exactly and had plenty of space, even though we had the entire three-bedroom place to ourselves. There’s a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a roomy balcony. It’s about a five-minute walk to the center of Urbania. We’d gladly book again if we return, and highly recommend it. The only minor drawback is the outdoor flight of stairs to reach the apartment. Thank you, Mr. Italo.
