The 16m pool and spa access, which was unlimited, were a real bonus. Breakfast had a generous buffet, and when I mentioned I was vegetarian, lovely Agnesia made me some scrambled eggs too. There was always someone around to help or offer suggestions. Everything from the food and facilities to the people and setting was outstanding. Aura Relais was the highlight of our vacation, and we'd recommend it to anyone. Grazie a tutti! 😊

We came as a couple for a weekend and left feeling completely recharged. The heated pool looks out over a beautiful view, and the spa has everything, including a quiet spot with herbal tea and dried fruit. Dinner was excellent, served in a comfortable space that was kept in meticulous condition. The masseuse was very professional, too. Set among green hills, the place feels peaceful and far removed from everyday bustle, with a warm welcome that makes it easy to unwind.

We used a day room and the spa for an afternoon. The building is lovely, clean, and finished with quality materials. The aperitif at €15 per person was delicious, and downstairs there were herbal teas and dried fruit to enjoy. The problems were with the service. There weren't enough loungers for everyone in the spa. When we mentioned it at reception, they said more loungers are sold than the space can accommodate, so guests are expected to take turns and bring their own things and linens. Someone was always left without a seat. The pool also wasn't warm enough for us, especially later in the day, and after our first swim we decided not to get back in. It's a beautiful facility, but with this service and cost, I wouldn't return.

The staff were super friendly, and the spa was a little small, though it wasn't too crowded. We chose half-board, which turned out to be a disappointing decision. For the four-course dinner, couples had to choose the same menu. The table next to us had paid separately for dinner and ordered the same dish as us, but their portion was what we had to share between two. It's not really about the amount of food. Since we're paying, I think we should be treated the same. Otherwise, someone should let us know so we can arrange it.
