We had such a lovely short stay. The rooms were luxurious and really comfortable, and the place sits in a quiet spot in the hills with a gorgeous view. Urbino is under a 10-minute drive away. I'd definitely recommend it.

The owners were helpful, and it's a lovely little apartment near Urbino. We stayed in the junior suite, but the mattress was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable for our old bones. We also misunderstood the breakfast arrangement: nothing was included, though breakfast could be had for an extra 7.50 per meal. To be clear, we agreed on 255 euros for three nights. We left a day early and only stayed two nights, but still paid the full 255 for three nights, so I don't understand the claim that we changed the price ourselves. There seems to have been a miscommunication, and the response we got was actually quite rude. The place itself is nice, but because of that attitude I'd be uncomfortable recommending the B&B. Sorry!

The service and attention to detail made this one of the best experiences of my life. And the actual beauty of the location was unbelievable, the picture really doesn't do it justice!

Urbino is very handy to reach from here, and the surroundings are lovely. The hosts were great and so was breakfast. Highly recommend!
