We didn't feel treated with respect as customers, and the whole stay was a bad experience. The owner had booked the rooms twice, so after we'd paid, we were told to move. We hadn't been warned beforehand, and he insisted the transfer happen between 11 and 12, which threw off our plans. The rooms we got also didn't match the two we had booked online. In the second room, the iron we asked for wasn't there, and the kitchen couldn't be used because it was apparently out of gas. The owner hadn't checked it before we arrived. I wouldn't recommend staying here during the busy tourist season.

Sandro, the manager, was a big help, and I want to thank him. We had an awesome stay in a really homey place in a wonderful area. It's a great base for enjoying Palermo’s beautiful sites, and I’d definitely rent from them again. Merci Sandro. Wahiba

Scammers. I booked and paid the full amount directly through the website, then the next day got a single sentence in Italian saying the reservation was cancelled. There was nothing about a refund, and the owner never replied to my email. Avoid this place if you don't want your money lost or simply tied up.

Everything was very clean and all the amenities were included. The location is close to everything, though be ready to climb stairs.

The place is comfortable and nice, but the surroundings stay noisy until evening, and the street is dirty.
