A calm area with a great view, just 10 minutes from Urbino centre. The apartment is nice, and the owner is helpful and knows a lot about the area. One day he even brought us pizza and truffles! :)

Even during a particularly hot spell in August, the large terrace had a pleasant evening breeze, and there was absolute peace. We loved its view over the hills. The farmhouse sits among greenery a few kilometers from Urbino, reached by an easy, well-maintained dirt road of about 1 km. There are just two apartments. Ours was the larger one, with two bedrooms, a living and dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. It also had a TV, free Wi-Fi that worked well, and air conditioning in the living room, which was more than enough. The terrace has tables, chairs, and an umbrella. Lorenzo was warm and helpful with us and our dog, brought us fantastic homemade cakes in the morning, and even made pizza and appetizers for us one evening. The value was excellent, especially booking directly by email or phone. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys the countryside and quiet in a simple, authentic setting.

Lorenzo welcomed us with his tarts, a lovely surprise. On Saturday evening, out among the greenery, we also enjoyed assorted pizza bites and a superb pizza. Our family of four stayed with our medium-sized dog in one of his two apartments. It had a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room/bedroom, a bathroom, and a large furnished terrace for eating outside or sunbathing while looking over the beautiful Urbino hills. The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery just a few kilometers from Urbino, in an ideal location, and the apartments mix modern and traditional furnishings. We'll definitely return for the peace and quiet at Ai Canonici.

We had a lovely evening eating the excellent pizza she made for us on the terrace. The farmhouse sits just outside the city, in a peaceful spot overlooking the Marche hills. When we arrived, she welcomed us with a delicious tart, and there was water, milk, and fruit juice already in the fridge. All those thoughtful little touches made the stay really enjoyable.
