We only stopped in Urbino for one night, and the peaceful, hilly setting of Girfalco Country House was lovely. The owner was kind and very helpful, and the rustic place was clean and tidy across its two floors. Getting there on the dirt road takes a bit of care, but the setting makes it worthwhile. Breakfast isn't provided, though, so if you're staying just one night without bringing food, you'll need to go to Urbino, about 20 minutes away, to eat. Highly recommended.

We made our own breakfast and dinner in the kitchen during our two nights at B&B Girfalco, and had a wonderful stay even though breakfast wasn't included. The staff made us feel very welcome. In the evenings, sitting outside on the benches under the stars in such a peaceful place was priceless. Thank you for everything, and see you next time. Francesca and Jacopo

If you want total quiet and to be right in nature, this is a beautiful, peaceful spot. It's somewhat isolated and the setup is a little spartan.
