We stayed for one night after visiting Urbino, and the room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had an incredible 180-degree view. We arrived around dusk, and it looked beautiful. The room is on the lower floor of a very nice woman's home, behind a gate. After you call, she comes out, opens it, and greets you warmly. Her signs from the main roundabout on the edge of Urbino made the place fairly easy to find. There wasn't breakfast, since it's part of her house, but she called a nice restaurant, booked us a table, and gave us good directions. My wife speaks Italian, which helped, though I think we'd have managed without that. I'd definitely try to stay there again if we return to Urbino.

We'd love to come back and would definitely recommend it. The place and pool were beautiful, and it's a quiet spot among greenery, only a few minutes from central Urbino. The owner was welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout. Thanks for everything, Sandra and Dario from Genoa.

Mrs. Vittoria was so friendly and professional, and the hospitality was excellent. The place is beautiful, and the pool is great for swimming. We'll certainly come back when we visit Gradara.

It's surrounded by nature, yet Urbino is only a five-minute drive away. Mrs. Vittoria is fabulous, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes you feel at home straight away. Good for a day by the pool or an overnight stay.

The pool was lovely and included in the stay, while breakfast wasn't. We were in the hills around Urbino with our family, and the very friendly, helpful owner gave the kids a room with bunk beds. She suggested two excellent places to eat and made a booking for us.
